Ode to the experimental and exploration of the wine of origins, the rosé. The first wines in history, made by the treading of grapes of different types and colours and varying macerations, were most likely rosé. Rosetta is a free reading of this story, transcribed with a contemporary eye. It is a dry rosé for which grapes from different varieties and different plots are married to reveal an expression and complexity beyond each of its components. Each year is different, guided by the availability of the grapes and the conditions of the vintage.
The name Rosetta comes from the eponymous space mission, which also left to explore the origins, but on a larger scale, the origins of life.
