Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains is planted across different slopes and microclimates, each site vinified apart to show what shifts between them, and the grape is handled every way it will allow: pressed straight, macerated for weeks on its skins, or left to find its own shape. Farming is organic and biodynamic, down to the herbal preparations used to treat the vines.
