Batussa slang for a brawl is the side project of Oscar, the brain child behind La Furtiva. As a négoce project, all the grapes are procured in an equitable manner, seeking to pay growers a more sustainable price for their produce.

In Oscar’s mind this is an eternal fight or brawl, hence the name of this project.

In his own words, if growers are not even able to have a sustainable life growing grapes then all the talk of having good grapes without the use of chemicals to increase the yields will remain a dream.
