Le Chemin du Rimlen 2020
Inspired by the Chapel Rimlen surrounded by Philippe's planting of Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris Le Chemin du Rimlen roughly translates to the path of Rimlen. Philippe only works on these vines with his horses and refrains from heavy machinery as much as possible to retain the sanctity of the place. Coincidentally alining this practise to the biodynamic farming practises.
One of Philippe's top cuvées apart from the seductive colour, this wine boasts floral aromas and notes of exotic fruits such as guava and passionfruit.
We'd recommend serving chilled in a decanter together with roasted vegetables or lightly spiced Thai dishes.
*Natural wines like Le Chemin du Rimlen are unfiltered and might appear cloudy, this is intended by the winemaker and does not negatively affect the wine's quality.
