Le Clos Kixhaya is a 4-hectare vineyard located on the left bank of the Vienne River, between Chinon and Rivière, on alluvial soils.

The Cabernet Franc vines have been planted in multiple stages since 1931, with an average age of 55 years. Since taking over in 2019, Beatriz has been cultivating them according to organic and biodynamic standards, prioritising soil and ecosystem health.

The winemaking process is natural, with no additives, emphasising gentleness in extractions and patience in aging. The wines are generally aged for a year before release.
