Phenix 2022
A lovely orange natural wine made from majority of Pinot Gris macerated on its skins for one month and topped up with a touch of Pinot Noir before being aged in stainless steel tanks for up to 6 months. Intense nose of tropical fruits as well as red fruits to the tune of strawberries.
We'd recommend having this chilled, on its own or with some snacks as an aperitif.
