Rosé

Natural rosé is perhaps the most misunderstood category in wine. Far from the pale, sweet Provençal imitations that dominate supermarket shelves, the rosés in our collection are made with intention.
From the short macerations that pull colour and character from the skins without sacrificing freshness, fermented with indigenous yeasts and often bottled unfined and unfiltered.
The result is a wine with texture, personality, and a sense of place. Whether it is a delicate Pineau d'Aunis from the Loire or a deeper, more structured Grenache rosé from Roussillon, these are wines to drink with food or simply on its own.
