Si y'a d'la Syrah 2021

A Syrah quite unlike anything else, Si y'a d'la Syrah is part of the Négoce project of La Combe Aux Rêves born out of a need due to catastrophic climate changes resulting in the need to buy grapes from other regions to keep the winery afloat. The grapes are harvested from Saint Joseph, North Ardèche.

Short maceration and light press gives for a floral aromatic experience without the typical heavy body of Syrah.
