Sales and Delivery Conditions

These conditions sit alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Prices and bottles

All prices are quoted nett in Singapore Dollars. Our natural wines come in 750ml bottles unless otherwise stated.

Age and responsible drinking

You must be 18 or older to purchase from us, and the person receiving a delivery must also be 18 or older. The sale and supply of alcohol to anyone under 18 is prohibited under Singapore law. Our courier may ask for photo identification on delivery, and we will not hand over an order where we cannot confirm the recipient is of legal age, or where the recipient appears intoxicated. Please enjoy our wines responsibly.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within Singapore, to one address per order.

Delivery is free for orders of $200 or more. For orders below $200, a delivery charge of $40 is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days once payment has been received, with deliveries made between 2 and 6pm. Someone aged 18 or older must be present to receive the order.

Urgent or time sensitive orders

If you need an order by a particular date, contact us at hello@racinewinesco.com or on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect bottles

Wine is a final-sale product, so orders are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable for change of mind. If a bottle arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hello@racinewinesco.com, with a photo where possible. Where a claim is valid we will replace the wine or refund it to your original payment method. Refunds can take a few days for your bank to process.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been received and cleared.
