La Vinya del Boter 2021

La Vinya del Boter means the Cooper's Vineyard, and it is the rosé in the Amor Per La Terra range. The project came out of a friendship between a restaurateur, a winemaker and a wine agent, all three drawn to growers who farm with care. Fruit comes from low-intervention vineyards in Catalunya, where old vines and a great deal of sun give a rosé with more to it than the category usually manages. Pale and properly dry, fresh red berries with a herbal edge and the mineral snap this region does so well. With a year more behind it, it has settled and picked up a little breadth.
