Les Gravettes 2020

Les Gravettes is a southern red blend of Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache from the Terrasses du Larzac appellation — one of the Languedoc’s most exciting terroirs, where limestone and stones sit at altitude and hold on to the cool nights that keep red wines fresh. Aged in a combination of oak barrels and cement eggs, the wine is deep and spiced, with dark plum, black olive, garrigue herbs, and a firm but supple structure. Medium-bodied and lively, it drinks beautifully with lamb, grilled meats, or a plate of strong cheese.
