Easy Game is Sébastien Morin at his most carefree, the Beaujolais equivalent of a wine that asks nothing of you. Gamay from the south of the region, hand-picked and fermented with wild yeasts, raised in fibreglass to keep the fruit bright and well clear of oak. Nothing added, nothing filtered out. Crunchy red cherry and raspberry, a light peppery lift, and the kind of juicy energy that empties a bottle faster than expected. In magnum that becomes a feature rather than a problem. Sébastien Morin’s story is one of transformation - an IT professional turned natural winemaker in the heart of Beaujolais, Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières.
