Jalon is a playful and translucent red, crafted from 100% Grolleau sourced from organic vineyards. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and a brief carbonic maceration, it captures immediate charm while retaining Loire freshness. In the glass, you’ll find bright red fruit, a touch of black pepper, and a soft herbaceous lift that keeps it youthful and expressive.

Delicately structured yet vivid, Jalon drinks beautifully slightly chilled and pairs wonderfully with picnic fare, grilled vegetables, or fresh sausage.
