La Vinya del Boter 2022

La Vinya del Boter, the Cooper's Vineyard, is the rosé in the Amor Per La Terra range, a Catalan project born out of friendship between a restaurateur, a winemaker and a wine agent who share a love of growers farming with care. The fruit comes from low-intervention vineyards in Catalunya, where old vines and a sun-drenched climate give a rosé with more substance than most. Pale and dry, with fresh red berries, a herbal edge and the mineral snap the region does so well. Uncomplicated in the best sense, and made for pouring generously.
