Les Nuits Fresches 2022

This is a firm, smoky, gently reductive Pinot that makes complexity look easy. Shows a touch of whole bunch and about 50% carbonic maceration - you can really feel the combination in the lift and crunch. Redcurrant and strawberry lead, with a hint of stems adding savoury tension. Light, bright, and very drinkable. It’s the kind of Loire Pinot that reminds you there’s a lot more to explore.
