Crafted by layering Gamay and Chardonnay alternately, this wine showcases a truly unconventional technique. The result? About Winecraft

Sébastien Morin’s story is one of transformation - an IT professional turned natural winemaker in the heart of Beaujolais, Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières. His journey into the world of wine began in the early 2000s after a fateful encounter with natural wine trailblazer Jean-Marc Brignot. Inspired by Brignot’s ethos of low intervention, extended maceration, and slow, deliberate presses, Sébastien left behind the tech world to dedicate himself to crafting wines that speak purely of their place. Today, his bottles are a masterclass in authenticity, each sip reflecting the southern Beaujolais terroir with precision and soul.
