Crafted entirely from organically farmed Pineau d’Aunis from Montlouis-sur-Loire one of the Loire’s most distinctive and characterful grapes. Pigments is made with minimal intervention in a traditional method style giving it much more complexity capturing the grape’s delicate red fruits and spices in a bright, fine-bubbled style.

This is a light bodied natural sparkling wine.
