Toponyme 2023

Toponyme is a taut, crystalline expression of Chenin Blanc from the sandy and clay terroirs of Montlouis-sur-Loire, vinified with minimal intervention and indigenous yeasts. The result is a powerful high-acid white that beautifully balances energy and elegance. 

Expect aromas of green apple, melons and oddly enough south east asian spices reminiscing of lemongrass followed by a dry, tension-driven palate and a finishing note of saline minerality.

It’s ultra-refreshing in character, making it a perfect companion to shellfish, light seafood, or simply enjoyed solo on a sunlit afternoon.
