A finely balanced orange wine from Weingut Mann, blending Grauburgunder and Riesling into a wine that is both textured and precise.

The two varieties complement each other naturally: skin contact Grauburgunder brings gentle weight, complexity and texture, while Riesling adds lift, freshness, and clarity.

Organically farmed fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts and handled with a light touch, allowing the wine to settle into its own rhythm without correction.

In the glass, the wine opens with ripe pear, yellow apple, and the unmissable guava aromas of macerated Grauburgunder, followed by subtle floral notes and a quiet mineral edge. The palate is supple yet focused, with a calm energy and a clean, refreshing finish that makes it easy to return to the glass.

About Weingut Mann

Founded in the historic wine village of Eckelsheim in Rheinhessen, Weingut Mann carries a legacy rooted in the Mann family’s involvement in viticulture since 1699. Today the estate is led by Andi Mann.

Covering around ten hectares of diverse soils that includes sand, limestone, porphyry, and volcanic influences, the vineyards are farmed organically and with biodynamic principles in mind. Hand harvesting and careful attention to biodiversity reflect Andi’s belief that the health of the vineyard should drive every bottle.

In the cellar, Andi favours minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, long ageing in large oak barrels, and wines bottled without fining or filtration to capture the character of the site and vintage. Across his range of wines are sessionable rosés, fresh whites and expressive reds. These wines are celebrated for their clarity, mineral energy, and sense of place.
