Zetian 2021

Zétian 2021 is a finely detailed expression of Chenin Blanc from Domaine de la Tour Brune, shaped by patience, restraint, and a deep respect for the vineyard.

Organically farmed fruit is vinified with minimal intervention allowing Chenin’s natural aromatics and texture to emerge without excess. Aromatically, Zétian opens with delicate white florals to the like of ginger flower, soft citrus blossom, and hints of spice. On the palate, it is quietly expressive: supple yet focused, with refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral line that carries through to a clean, poised finish. Excellent choice for pairings especially with local fare.
