Today this wine carries red cherry and wild strawberry fruit supported by a savoury thread and faint saline edge. A cushioned mid-palate and persistent finish reflect Juliénas’s granite-rich terroir, while the wine’s textural depth and clear acidity make it a versatile partner at the table.
