2021 was marked by a relatively cool growing cycle with some frost impact early in the season, producing wines that are lighter in weight yet expressive, with finely balanced fruit and gentle tannins. 

The 2021 growing season produced wines with fresh, mouth-filling energy and a lively profile, with some residual effervescence reported in bottle adding brightness and vitality to the wine. 

On the palate, expect vibrant cherry and raspberry flavours, framed by a refreshing acidity that keeps the wine agile and lifted. The generous magnum format allows the wine to gain poise and refinement with extended decanting or bottle age.
