Skin 2022

Skin 2022 from Weingut Weigand is a Silvaner skin contact wine from 45-year-old vines in Germany's Franken region. Partially destemmed and fermented in an amphora buried in the ground, aged for 9 months and then pressed on a basket press, the wine is then left to rest in a barrel for one month.
